Workshop Administrator - Equipment Servicing
6 months      Salary: £ 11 - £ 12

We are seeking a Workshop Administrator with excellent computer skills and prior workshop administration experience, particularly in the context of managing Equipment and Vehicle Rental Servicing data. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the automotive or car garage industry, as this role involves more than just utilizing software systems like SAP and Maximo, which can be trained.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment and vehicle servicing schedules.
Organize and manage data related to servicing history, warranties, and maintenance contracts.
Coordinate and schedule recalls and defect inspections in a timely manner.
Ensure defects are addressed promptly to maintain equipment and vehicle safety.
Create and close Technician work packs and work orders for Equipment and Vehicle Servicing data.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in workshop administration, preferably in an automotive or car garage environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with SAP and Maximo is advantageous (training can be provided).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
