Website Manager and IT Manager
The Web and IT Manager will be a technology business partner to the leadership team advising and guiding on their IT and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be commercial, engaging and have a real passion for the way IT can impact our business.
Reporting to the senior leadership, your role as Website and IT Manager will focus on the management and development of the IT, Web and Data Team. Driving continuous improvement whilst implementing, supporting and managing all IT systems and infrastructure you will be responsible for the day to day running of all IT systems as well as the IT team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy technical leadership and have experience managing a small team. You will work with CTO and Web Architect to develop the IT strategy, in terms of technologies, you will have previous experience with Microsoft Office, Windows Server and ideally some exposure to web systems, content management, conversation rates and SQL Server databases or CRM systems.
IT Systems Developer
As part of our own ambitious growth plan, and are looking for an experienced developer to join our team in a player / manager role.
Role responsibilities
Reporting to our Software Architect, the main purpose of this role is supporting client growth through the provision and management of websites. Managing the development of websites, digital products and integrations - from scoping through to successful go-live. Maximising the profitability of the web development and search marketing workstreams.
You will work on Web design, SEO, PPC and CRM integration. Writing code and managing others to deliver website builds, upgrades, updates and fixes, as well as APIs and integrations.
Skills
Full-stack web development background.
Marketing technologies surrounding SEO, client engagement, recruitment industry exposure and system integration via APIs.
Ability to write VBA, VBScript, HTML, Javascript, Python and ASP Classic to an excellent standard.
